- 3+ years of experience in insurance and financial services.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Licenses in insurance preferred but not required - We will provide licensing training and pay related cost. 
- Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and community engagement. 
- Conduct needs-based conversations with prospective and existing clients to recommend appropriate insurance and financial solutions (auto, home, life, health, and business). 
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and activity metrics in a competitive environment. 
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects, following a structured sales process.
- Provide excellent follow-up and client service to maximize retention, cross-selling, and referral opportunities. 
- Collaborate closely with a small, results-driven team where accountability and performance are valued daily. 
- Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
- Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
- Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
