Responsibilities
  1. Outbound Calls Make proactive outbound calls to potential customers using provided lists or databases. Introduce products or services, engaging customers in meaningful conversations.
  2. Sales and Lead Generation Promote and sell products or services directly to customers. Strive to meet or exceed individual or team sales targets and quotas.
  3. Customer Engagement Build rapport and relationships with potential customers through active listening and tailored sales pitches. Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
  4. Database Management Accurately record customer information, responses, and sales outcomes in designated systems. Keep records organized and up-to-date.
  5. Follow-Up Conduct follow-up calls to potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase. Provide additional information and address concerns to convert leads into sales.
  6. Adaptability Identify and adapt to different customer personalities, needs, and communication styles. Tailor sales approaches to effectively connect with customers and increase sales success.
  7. Compliance Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines related to telemarketing practices.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain resilience
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required
  • Comfortable working in a face-to-face sales environment
  • Reliable and punctual
